This database constitutes an original research output created through the systematic identification, collection, verification, interlinking and analytical coding of Czech and Slovak preliminary-reference proceedings. It includes the references for preliminary rulings and national follow-up decisions, many of which were not previously publicly accessible, and original English-language annotations and research variables enabling comparative analysis.
